<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Se indeparteaza cotoarele fara a taia fructele in doua, apoi se oparesc marele 10 -15 minute intr-un vas cu apa clocotita in care s-au pus cateva picaturi de esenta de vanilie. Se scot si se lasa la racit. Se amesteca fructele de padure cu frisca si se umplu merele cu aceasta compozitie.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Cine doreste poate sa faca si o glazura de zahar brun caramelizat, astfel: se pune zaharul intr-o tigaie si se adauga inainte de a-l pune pe foc, niste suc de lamaie, apoi se amesteca la flacara mica pana se caramelizeaza. Se toarna apoi peste merele umplute.</p>
