<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Carnea se pune la fiert in apa cu sare. Dupa ce se aduna spuma lasata de carne se adauga legumele pentru supa: morcovi, patrunjel, patarnac, o gulie, telina si se lasa la fiert. Se strecoara supa si se pastreaza cativa morcovi doar. Separat pregatim galustele. Facem un amestec din gris, ou si sare: oul se bate bine bine cu putina sare si se adauga treptat grisul in ploaie, pana se obtine o pasta de o consistenta potrivita. Nu tare, dar nici  sa se scurga de pe lingura. Punem apa la fiert si cand clocoteste apa, introducem lingura in apa fierbinte apoi luam cate putin din amestecul facut si punem in oala la fiert. Galustele sunt gata cand se ridica la suprafata.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Se pun galustele in farfurie, se adauga supa si verdeata proaspata!</p>

<p><em>3-4 cartofi, 2 morcovi, 1 patrunjel, 1 pastarnac, 1 ceapa, usturoi, sos tomate, carnaciori afumati (sau orice alta afumatura), sare, piper, leustean, ulei.</em></p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></p>
<p>Legumele se curata si se spala bine. Se pun la fiert intr-o oala cu apa si sare: ceapa, usturoiul, un morcov taiat in patru, patrunjel si pastarnac. Intr-o craticioara se calesc foarte putin in ulei: un morcov taiat rondele si carnaciorii taiati in bucatele potrivite (fiecare dupa preferinte). Se pun peste celelalte legume in oala, se adauga cateva boabe de piper si se lasa la foc mediu.</p>
<p>Dupa ce au fiert legumele, se pun si cartofii taiati cubulete. Spre final, se adauga 1-2 linguri sos de tomate si leustean proaspat sau uscat. Pentru mai multa aroma se poate adauga mai verdeata combinata (tarhon, patrunjel, cimbru); se pastreaza in ciorba doar morcovii si cartofii, restul legumelor se scot din oala.</p>
<p>Se serveste cu smantana!</p>

<p>Pulpele se spala si se pun la fiert in apa cu sare. Dupa aproximativ 20 min, se curata legumele pentru supa, se taie si se pun la fiert langa carne, adaugand si cateva boabe de piper. Separat se fierb taieteii in apa cu sare. Cand carnea si legumele au fiert, se strecoara supa, se adauga taieteii (cine vrea poate sa puna si putina vegeta) se mai da un clocot si se ia de pe foc. Se presara verdeata si se serveste cu bucati de morcov fiert.</p>
<p>Carnea se poate folosi la felul doi iar legumele intr-o salata de beof.</p>

<p><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></p>
<p>Varza se spala, se taie marunt, se freaca putin cu sare si se pune la fiert in apa. Se adauga costita afumata, o parte taiata cubulete (ramane in ciorba,) iar restul bucati mari care se scot la urma (aici eu ma refer la partile cu grasime, pe care le folosesc doar pentru gust). Se pun morcovii, unul dat pe razatoare, restul taiati pe lung, ceapa, usturoi si cartoful ras de asemenea si se lasa la foc mediu. Dupa ce au fiert, scoatem legumele, punem 2-3 linguri de sos tomate, putina vegeta si se mai da un clocot.</p>
<p>Ciorbita se serveste cu smantana!</p>

<p><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></p>
<p>Pieptul de pui cu os si piele se spala si se pune la fiert in apa cu sare, taiat in bucati destul de mari. Dupa ce se aduna spuma de la carne, se adauga legumele: morcovi, patrunjel, ceapa, pastarnac, ardei (taiate tot in bucati maricele). Cand carnea este aproape fiarta se scoate din oala, se desprinde de pe os, se rupe in fasii si se pune inapoi in ciorba. Legumele se scot si ele, un morcov se taie rondele restul de morcovi alaturi de un patrunjel se paseaza, ardeiul (eu l-am pastrat doar pe cel rosu) se taie cubulete si se pun toate inapoi in oala. Restul legumelor nu le mai folosesc. Se potriveste de sare si piper.</p>
<p>Se face un amestec din 2 galbenusuri, o lingura de faina si smantana, care se omogenizeaza cu apa fierbinte din ciorba. Se pune in oala amestecand bine si se adauga o lingura de otet. Se mai da un clocot, se pune usturoiul zdrobit si verdeata si se ia de pe foc.</p>
<p>Este o varianta asemanatoare ciorbei de burta....doar cu pui! Pofta mare!</p>

1,5 l apa, 500 gr carne de pui dezosata, 250 gr ciuperci, 1 buc telina, 1 buc radacina patrunjel, 1 ceapa, 1 lingurita faina, 50 gr smantana, 1 galbenus, ulei sau unt, sare</p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
Carnea de pui curatata si spalata se pune la fiert in apa rece cu putina sare. Cand este gata se scoate, si se taie bucati mici. Zarzavaturile si o jumatate din cantitatea de ciuperci se curata, se spala, se taie marunt si se calesc in ulei sau unt, dupa care se pun in supa si se fierb. Dupa ce s-au inmuiat, se strecoara si se paseaza. Piureul obtinut se pune in supa si se dau cateva clocote.</p>
<p>Galbenusul, amestecat cu faina si cu smantana se toarna peste supa, se potriveste de sare si se mai fierbe circa 20 minute. Ciupercile ramase, taiate feliute se fierb separat.<br />
Cand crema este gata, se serveste adaugand carnea de pasare si ciupercile fierte.</p>

<p><em>Piept de pui (o caserola), 3-4 morcovi, pastranac, mazare, 2 cartofi mici sau unul mai mare, mazare, gulie, ardei, o varza micuta sau doar cateva fruzne (optional), o ceapa, 2-3 catei de usturoi, sos de tomate, faina si smantana (pentru plamadeala), sare si piper dupa gust.</em></p>
<p><strong>Preparare:</strong></p>
<p>Pieptul de pui se spala si se pune la fiert in apa cu sare. Se pot folosi si pulpe de pui dar sunt mai migaloase. Legumele taiate cubulete, ceapa si usturoiul intregi se pun la fiert dupa 20-25 minute. Cand pieptul de pui e aproape fiert, se scoate si se taie bucatele mici, dupa care se pune inapoi in ciorba. Daca se folosesc pulpe, se despride carnea de pe oase cu atentie, se marunteste si se baga din nou la fiert.</p>
<p>Se adauga 2 linguri de sos de tomate si se potriveste gustul de sare si piper (sau vegeta). Eu scot acum din oala ceapa si usturoiul si le arunc. Se face o plamadeala din smantana, faina si apa (apa fierbinte din oala, astfel nu riscam sa se taie) se amesteca bine si se toarna in ciorba. Se da un clocot apoi se ia de pe foc.</p>
<p>Se serveste cu smantana dupa gust!</p>

<em>2 L apa, 1 L bors, zarzavat de supa, verdeata, 3 rosii, sare, 1 galbenus, 2 linguri de smantana.<br />
Perisoare: 500g carne, 1 file de paine, 2 linguri de orez, 1 ceapa, 1 ou, sare, piper.</em></p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
Se pune la fiert intr-o oala cu apa, un morcov, un patrunjel, si o ceapa, toate taiate marunt si osul ce ramane de la carne, lasand sa fiarba bine. Se toarna borsul fiert separat si strecurat, se adauga verdeata taiata fin, rosiile, carora li s-au scos semintele, si sare.  Se lasa sa dea cateva clocote. Se face o tocatura din carne, cu miezul de la o felie de paine inmuiat si stors bine, se adauga orezul, ceapa tocata fin, un ou, sare, piper. Se fac perisoare mici cu mana uda si se pun la fiert in ciorba. Inainte de a servi, se scoate osul din ciorba si se drege cu un galbenus batut cu smantana.</p>

<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong><br />
Se spala in mai multe ape si se curata cu sare pana raman albe 1 kg de burta si un picior de vaca sau vitel. Se pun la fiert in apa cu sare cu un morcov, cu un patrunjel, si o ceapa intreaga, foi de dafin, boabe de piper. Se lasa sa fiarba bine la foc potrivit. Se scoate burta si dupa ce s-a racorit se taie in forma de taitei mai grosi, de asemenea si carnea de pe picior. Se pun intr-o oala, se strecoara zeama in care a fiert si se lasa sa mai dea cateva clocote. Se bat galbenusurile cu 2 linguri de otet de vin sau o jumatate de lamiae si se amesteca incet cu zeama din oala. Se gusta de sare si de otet si se serveste fara sa se mai puna pe foc.</p>

<p>Se pune apa la fiert si se spala bine salata. Cand da in clocot se adauga sare, piper, o ceapa si cativa catei de usturoi, toate tocate, si salata taiata in bucati. Se prajeste in untura slanina, taiata in cuburi si cativa catei de usturoi tocat. Cand incep sa se rumeneasca se pun in supa. In tigaia in care s-a prajit slanina, se face o omleta obisnuita din 2 oua, se taie cuburi si se pune in supa inainte de a fi servita la masa.</p>
