Dulceata de smochine

Ingrediente:
2.5 kg smochine, 2 kg (sau mai putin) zahar, trei linguri suc de lamaie.

Preparare:
Am spalat bine de tot smochinele, am taiat codita si le-am pus intr-o cratita acoperite cu zahar, am turnat citeva linguri de suc de lamaie si le-am lasat pana a doua zi. Apoi le-am transferat in cratita de dulceata si le-am pus la foc mediu sa fiarba.

Dupa o ora de cand a inceput sa fiarba am scos smochinele le-am pus in borcane si am continuat sa fierb siropul pina s-a ingrosat. Nu am mai fiert smochinele ca ele lasa apa multa la fiert si nu se face siropul bine (ramine tare lichid).

Dupa ce a fiert siropul l-am turnat in borcane peste smochine si gata!
